Champagne Sadi Malot 'L'Equilibre'
This traditional method champagne is made from 50% Chardonnay from Villers-Marmery - Premier Cru and 50% de Pinot Noir from Verzy - Grand Cru. The reserve wines (35%) are matured in stainless steel vats and aged using the solera system (wines re-blended each year) started in 1982. Two years’ cellar aging produces a truly excellent, well-balanced champagne and the blend of equal quantities of these two grape varieties.
