The nose is rich with notes of apricot and white peach flowers, aromas of roasted sugar and light spices. In the mouth the first taste is peach, apricot and exotic fruits, followed by a fine heavier gourmet attack to finish. The wine is well balanced.
Ideal with scallops and saffron, white fish, lobster, rabbit with gnocchi, veal, truffles or a young Roquefort cheese.
