Grape variety: Grenache 76%, Cinsault 24%
Soils are clay/sandy schist rich in quartz and iron. The soils give a freshness and concentration to the grapes.
The grapes are gently pressed in a closed pneumatic press after picking. Maceration is in thermo-regulated cement vats followed by partial fermentation at 16-18C to preserve the aromas.
The nose is delicate with tones of guava and white flowers. In the mouth notes of meringue, raspberry and kumquat render the wine crisp and tonic with a final mineral note.
