Grape variety: 100% Grenache Blanc
Soils:
This cuvée comes from the best plot of white Grenache on a soil of river stones and red clay located on one of the high points of the plateau of Châteauneuf-du-Pape
Harvest:
After waiting for the optimum ripeness, the grapes were harvested manually on August 30th, 2018
