Grapes are harvested by hand and 100% de-stemmed
Fruits are pressed straight away after de-stemming. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with natural yeasts.
Ageing in oak barrels for 4-6 months
Golden yellow colour. The nose is intense with floral notes and aromas of apple, pineapple, and exotic fruits. In the mouth the taste is fresh and balanced , with mineral tones and a final note of toasted brioche.
Serve at 14°C. Delicious served with white fish and fennel, chicken with mushrooms or a piece of veal with spring vegetables.
