The fermentation process is in wooden barrels using indigenous yeast. Maceration lasts several months with regular tasting.
The wine matures for a minimum of 18 months in one year old wooden barrels
The colour is deep, opaque purple-black, with aromas of blackberry liqueur, black cherry liqueur, jam and spicy vanilla. The overall taste is complex and seductive.
In the mouth the wine explodes revealing ripe fruit and concentrated flavours of black cherry and blackberry. A perfect balance that exudes exuberant richness and a lingering finish that is soft and ripe.
Perfect with game and red meat.
More than 15 years
