Grapes are hand-picked, sorted and de-stemmed.
Fermentation is carried out using wild yeast
Wine is aged in vats for 20 months . 10%of the wine is matured in one year old oak barrels.
The wine is aged in bottles for a minimum of 4 months
Deep purple in colour with soft and concentrated aromas. The nose is a complex bouquet which mixes with wild ripe black fruits and soft spices.
In the mouth there is a perfect balance between strength, roundness and finesse. A lovely texture gives quality tannins and elegance.
An expressive wine which needs to be decantered before serving today but which will improve with age.
