The grapes are destemmed and crushed in a stainless steel tank. The temperature is maintained at around 25C during alcoholic fermentation. Maceration takes 30 days
20% is aged in used oak barrels for 12 months
The nose has powerful aromas of black fruit, a slight hint of smoke and spice characteristic of the Syrah grape.
The taste is tannic, dense and retains freshness and elegance.
The wine is perfect with wild boar, beef, lamb, eggplant, mushrooms and chestnuts
